Care Support Providers

We have established strong affiliations with providers across the UK. We keep in line with CQC regulations and are able to support registered care and support providers by providing investment into social housing. This not only alleviates pressures, but also allows them to focus exclusively on care support to vulnerable people within our society. We are able to support care and support partners with expansion projects by providing equity release from existing developments or with plans for expansion.

Housing Associations

An increasing number of adults seek care and support. Housing associaitions are under enormous pressure to provide suitable living accommodation. At CSP, we work closely with housing associations to identify and deliver on specific needs. Housing associations identify requirements in housing for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We proceed to acquire and develop suitable properties within communities to suit requirements, bespoke for the specific need.

Commissioners

We work alongside commissioning officers who establish the need for housing. Working to achieve the same goals, we can provide suitable accommodation located strategically in the heart of a community for vulnerable adults.
